When the atrium of the West End Plaza was remodeled and the former food service left, there was a lot of uncertainty as to who the new operator would be Ed's Kitchen has certainly elevated the quality of the food service in this building. The salads and sandwiches are made to order. The specials vary per day of the week and are high quality. Counter staff are very knowledge about ingredients and ability to make substitutions. Gluten-sensitive options are available. Catering has been high quality. It's very nice to be able to stay and work in the building and still have such high-quality food.

10/10 Experience with Ed's Kitchen catering! Always on time (if not early!) and always a hit. Way better subs than other in the area like Jimmy John's etc in terms of food quality and presentation. Also, you have to try the burrito!

Ordered the breakfast croissant but was given the breakfast wrap instead. It was still amazing the tortilla, cheese, and eggs were very fresh and fluffy. Curious to try thei lunch menu

I work in the surrounding area and was anxiously waiting for this place to open - just to add some variety to our lunch options. I never expected this small renovated place to have such amazing food and service. They have the best burger I've ever had. Superb quality. I keep meaning to try the different dishes but their burger is so delicious that I haven't ventured out to order other items yet. I did try their turkey sandwich in a catered even at work and it was also really good (you can see and taste the difference from the chain restaurant options). Now I'm hoping that they will get a food truck, so I can have friends try it out too, on the weekends.

I work in the building, and after the building managers/owners really made a nice atrium, I was hoping they would bring in a decent deli. Ed's was a delicious surprise. For such a simple and small-looking place, the food here is great. Some of the prices might seem high, but the quality of the food is outstanding. Their lunch specials are both plentiful and delicious, and their cashier/hostess and food preparers behind the counter couldn't be more nice. I'm reluctant to give such a good review because it might make the lines longer, but they deserve it.

The breakfast croissants here have to be the best in the state. They may be a bit pricey but they are HUGE and the price matches what you get. Over double the size of chain restaurants, and fresh ingredients, with great flavor. I swear I posted this review here but it is not showing up, so I wanted to make sure it gets in. I had another amazing breakfast sandwich again today. Bacon, sausage, egg and cheese croissant. Amazing.

Ed's has a wide range of lunch options across the board. My favorite is the Texas burger with tater tots. They are only open from 7 am - 2 pm. Manager usually always takes your order and is very pleasant. They also have a fan favorite of the breakfast burrito with tater tots. Huge tip is order online and skip the line.

We frequently order food for staff workshops. We chose Ed's because we are intentionally trying to choose locally owned establishments rather than corporate chains. The sandwiches we ordered were outstanding! Great variety & ingredients, fresh, and great presentation! Everyone wanted to know about Ed's, and asked that we order from them regularly! Plus, the value was absolutely unbeatable. Big fans here.
